Originally from central Massachusetts, Chris graduated from university in the Boston area before moving north in 2014 to work on diversified, pasture-based animal farm in Walpole, NH. In 2016, he made a career change from farming to corporate finance, and in 2018, he began investing in multifamily properties and offering them on a co-living (shared housing) basis.
As an investor and property manager, Chris capitalizes on his diverse professional background in project and operations management, customer service, and financial analysis. His goal is to create mutually beneficial outcomes for every individual he encounters in his professional life.
Outside the office, Chris enjoys the tranquility of nature, often embarking on hiking adventures, practicing meditation, and capturing life through his digital photography. Chris is also a lover of art and music and serves on the board of Ashuelot Concerts, a 501(c)(3) organization that brings classical repertoire into the school system through performances for children K-12.

A native of Keene, NH, Sharon's journey with Belltower Property Management began after the acquisition of two multifamily properties previously owned by Moose Hollow Properties of Keene. A former cosmetologist and seamstress, Sharon discovered her true calling in multifamily operations management in 2005.

A former cosmetologist and seamstress, Sharon discovered her true calling in multifamily operations management in 2005.
With over 18 years of experience assisting property investors, Sharon is skillful at managing maintenance, support, and apartment turnovers. Her proficiency shines as she creates a harmonious living environment by coordinating with vendors, contractors, and residents; her commitment to producing positive outcomes aligns perfectly with Belltower's values, making her an indispensable part of the team.
In her free time, Sharon loves traveling with her family and creating happy memories with her grandsons.

Manrick joined the Belltower team in 2022 to support the many back office functions that help ensure a smooth and well-managed experience for our current and prospective residents. He brings a positive and helpful attitude to everything he does at Belltower, whether that means processing the bills that keep the lights on at our all-inclusive rentals, making sure that an outbound tenant receives their deposit refund on time, or figuring out new and better ways to run our office.
In his free time, Manrick enjoys time with his wife and daughter, visiting the beach, and getting together with extended family for good food and festivities.
