How to Apply

Application Process

To get started:

  • Click here to schedule an in-person or virtual showing.
  • Complete your showing at the scheduled date/time.
  • Submit the full online application from our listings page. The $20 application fee covers a soft credit and background check and is refundable if you sign a lease with us.
  • All applicants must complete the Pet/Animal Screening to verify your status as a non pet owner. (ESA/Service Animal requests will be attorney reviewed at no cost to applicant)*


Upon receiving an approval letter:

  • Make a deposit to hold the space (becomes your security deposit when you sign the lease).
  • Review and sign lease agreement.
  • Pay first month's rent and transfer tenant paid utilities (if any) into your name.
  • Purchase renter's insurance and register your vehicle for parking.
  • Receive keys or access codes and move in!

Qualifying Criteria

Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifying criteria. Tenancy will be granted to the most qualified applicant based on these criteria.


  • Monthly household income must be at least three times the rent, or the applicant must have a co-signer or housing voucher.
  • Credit score of 600+, or have a co-signer or housing voucher.
  • A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18.
  • No pets or smokers.
  • Positive landlord references.
  • No prior evictions or unpaid judgments.
  • Current photo identification and a valid social security number are required.
  • Applicant must be willing to obtain and maintain renter’s insurance.
  • Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom if renting the entire apartment. Other restrictions apply to shared housing arrangements.



* Attempts to circumvent our policies with fraudulent documentation will result in disqualification of application, eviction, and/or criminal prosecution.
